Our Forged Juniors or Wild Boars, is our CrossFit Kids Programme. With classes running at both sites, sessions are available for 5-9, 9-11 and 11-15 year olds. Instilling fitness for life is extremely important to us, with the hope of igniting a passion for health, fitness and sport for their future. Our kid’s classes run in line with our performance program, with a focus on moving well and providing a safe, fun environment to exercise and learn.

Our goal is to make our CrossFit Kids sessions as fun, exciting and engaging as possible, as we aim to foster a solid and positive relationship with the idea of staying healthy and fit from an early age. Our experienced and passionate Kid’s Coaches all have backgrounds in school age physical education and sports coaching. We understand that not every child may have had a perfect experience with sport or fitness, that’s why we’re passionate about making our classes super fun, inclusive and supportive. We believe that every child should have the opportunity to be introduced to fitness in an environment where they can feel safe and confident to express themselves and have a go at learning new skills and making new friends!

Our younger Wild Boars can expect to tackle obstacle courses, fitness games and mini workouts. They will steadily begin to learn the correct techniques for basic bodyweight and cardio movements. Whilst our older guys will begin to be taught the proper techniques, skills and movements that will enable them to be functionally fit and healthy and develop a positive relationship with exercise.
